Heima was engaged by a local stakeholders that owns a private island of 102 hectares, to produce a feasibility study for a mix used property (eco-resort and residential).
Each of our feasibility studies begins with a detailed destination analysis and market definition (Demand, Guest Positioning, Competitors Analysis, Analysis of Rates, Market Sizing…).
It continues with a project overview that covers all the specifics of the property and the development with a first architecture concept.
Defining the customer experience (Target Customer, Mapping of the full customer journey, Experiential Framework, F&B) allows us to structure an initial idea of the operations team.
The last part of the study focuses on the timeline, development costs & financial projections.
Currently the property is in fundraising process.
